The Jefferson Home
Hello church family! Our names are Aaron (age 27) and Gabriela (age24) Jefferson, and we have had the privilege of attending CCFAY since September of 2024. Aaron is an active duty Army officer who enjoys working out, discussing public policy, history, and God's Word, and practicing multiple martial arts disciplines. Gabriela is a former
personal trainer who enjoys fitness, studying nutrition, and equipping women to thrive the way our Heavenly Father designed them to. As newly weds (Married August 2024) we are loving the transition to married life, while also leaning on God's grace as we mourn the passing of our
daughter Haddasah, who was born prematurely.
We live in Raeford, NC and our fellowship will meet bi-weekly on Thursday evenings at our home starting Feb 13th. We will have a kids play area set up (but encourage you to bring a few toys or activities for your child) and we have a nursery available with a crib, rocking
chair and changing table if the need arises. First and foremost as a fellowship we desire to grow in the knowledge of God and His kingdom, while allowing our minds to be renewed by His Word. We desire to
encourage and build one another up, spur each other unto love and good works, affirmed one another in our divine callings, and bear one another's burdens in order to overcome challenges. Our ultimate aim is to support the local bodies' mission to grow up into the likeness and
maturity of Christ our Head. The breakdown for our meetings will look something like this: Time in the word (reviewing and sharing about the past sermon), worship (3-4 songs with a little help from Youtube or a similar streaming app), prayer (sharing prayer requests and corporate prayer), and fellowship (to include snacks, games, and an occasional meal). We look forward to growing with you in the Lord!
