Marriage is the first ministry created by God. We see that in Genesis 2:23-24 And Adam
said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his
mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. It marks the union of
a man and a woman together in one faith, in Christ Jesus. At CCFAY our mission is to
teach couples through the Holy Scriptures the importance of growing as a marriage and
understanding the important role that their faith plays in the path of life that they have
committed or are going to commit to sharing with each other. Jesus left us examples to
follow in the Word that love is until death do us part. Matthew 19:6 So they are no
longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.
CCFAY believes in the sanctity of Christian marriage. We impart the importance of the
sanctity of the union between one man and one woman by guiding them on the path
that is marriage, from the preparations of their wedding day and throughout their life
together as one.

Our purpose is to build the body through Scripture so there be spiritually strong
marriages in our church, with Christ as their center. Provide couples with a space where
they can be cared for and grow in the Lord. Become an impact network, modeling Christ
to all the couples around us. We use the Scriptures as a basis along with Bible-based
books and teaching resources for marriages.
